 I have installed the Version (2.3) but when i'm open the Toolkit i get the version number 1.1.17.The other thing i'm missing is the support for microsoft access databases 2007 (*.accdb).greetings Michael

 its v gud software........it only convert tbles 4m sql to mysql...no store procedure, indexes or views
Does not convert correctly used the trial to convert a set of 16 tables to MS SQL. The conversion completed and when attempted to run the dump in MS SQL, the dump was errorous.

I am finding it difficult to convert stored-procedures(SP) and functions.If the product can provide such conversion, will be good for the product in present as well as future.
 I've dowloaded a demo copy.The tool is very simple to use and seems very good.Unfortunately the demo was crashing avery time at the same point without processing the dump file.The result is quite good.Thanks
good software It is a good software and resolve my problem. Unique defect is that not allows the importation of foreign key. Is it resolved in next release?Bye
 Good thing Had to import an Oracle 10 Datadump into an Oracle 9 Environment. OraDump-to-MySQL seemed to be the easiest solution, and actually: It was. Although the demo version only extracts the first 5 records from each table (this was sufficient for that task), we're planning to obtain the full version for similar stuff. Performance is great, and converting a data dump couldn't be easier.All in all: See title.
Started well, but crashed It started very well, it was running good on my 6 gigas oracle dump, but at some point it crashed. Still I was able to read a lot from created MySQL file. And most importantly, it showed my customers that having only an Oracle Dump is not a fatal issue...
 does not work - missing dependency complains about missing ordinal 366 in oleaut32.dll on win 2000 sp4, tried different version of the DLL - same issue. could not get it to work. instead downloaded oracle to local pc, imported the data and used mysql migration toolkit to product sql

Kingleier`s Review The UI is simple and I like that. It doesn’t have unnecessary menus or functionality that I would never use. I had occasional trouble with the buttons. If you didn’t click a button directly in the center, the event didn’t happen. Issues with the output for the “(.sql) file compatible with mysql” option where default datetime values and missing primary keys. I am not an expert in mysql syntax but I found that the version I am running (4.0.26) needs the datetime format as ‘2002/1/1 23:59:59’. The output from MyDBDump was #1/1/2002#. Keep up. Nothing to say as such, but the software is very good for someone who is migrating from Microsoft access to Mysql specially for JSP developers! For them it's an awesome software! Overall I would say it's a VERY GOOD software.

Opinion I have requested a refund due to the fact that you did not mentioned in your website that the current software does not support transfering blobs.
Since then i did not receive any email from you.
Your software is great but as long as it does not support blob it is useless for me.
Make sure to notice others that you did not support the current data type.
I have managed to transfer from mysql to mssql using microsoft DTS feature.
not working I tried to convert mysql database to mssql database, but I got the following error message when I connect mysql database:cannot connect to server:[mysql][odbc 3.1 driver] does not support authentication....I have installed odbc5.1 driver on my computer by the way...

It`s nice. Very cool. I would have preferred a way to just open a MSSQL text file and have it dumped to a MySQL text file though. That way I wouldn't have had to set up a MSSQL server as well as a MySQL server. I just needed the querey. You have a very cool program though. Thanks!
